Return and Refund Policy at SHRI POSHAK, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Returns:
- Eligibility: You may return products within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products and sale items are non-returnable, unless there is a defect.
- Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +91 5653 554030 to initiate a return.
- Our team will verify the request and initiate the return process.
- The return shipment must be arranged within 7 days after return acceptance.
Refunds:
- Refund Process:
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp.
- The refund amount will be credited to your SHRI POSHAK WALLET.
- If you prefer a direct refund, please provide your Payment QR Code or UPI ID.
- The refund will be processed to the provided QR/UPI ID.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the item is returned in damaged condition or is missing parts, not due to our error.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs and COD charges are non-refundable, except for cases where the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the error was on our part.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and both return and forward shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
